Evaluation for new swimmers will be held on:
Wednesday, August 7th at 5:30-6:30pm.
Saturday, August 10th at 9-10am.
Tuesday, August 13th at 5:30-6:30pm.
Wednesday, August 21st at 5:30-6:30pm.
Location: Norfolk State University, James D. Gill Health And Physical Education Building
Developmental and AG Practice in September starts at 5:30pm.
Senior Practice in September starts at 6pm.

Requirements: Successful completions of 25 yard freestyle and 25 yard backstroke, unassisted.
